a) ... Kansas-Based with no other tax nexuses: a completed copy of the Kansas Resale Exemption Certificate
b) ... Kansas-Based with tax nexuses in Kansas and any other state: a completed copy of the Kansas Multi-Jurisdiction Exemption Certificate
c) ... Located outside the state of Kansas and you have no Kansas tax nexus: a copy of your state-issued resale certificate.i) If your business is located in one of the following states, you will also need to attach a copy of your Federal Firearms License (FFL):
- California
- District of Columbia (yes, we know DC is not a state)

2) If you represent a Law Enforcement Agency needing to acquire ammunition for departmental use: a letter written and signed by an authorized individual on departmental letterhead, explaining the the ammunition to be purchased will be purchased for departmental use.3) If you represent a Government Agency needing to acquire ammunition for agency use: a letter written and signed by an authorized individual on agency letterhead, explaining the the ammunition to be purchased will be purchased for agency use.Once we've received your request and documentation, we'll set up your account and email you with account login info.
